Presidential Debate Round 3: Foreign Policy
I couldn’t watch the debate last night because there was a football game on at the same time.
If mainstream media coverage is accurate though (and it always is), it sounds like they “traded a lot of jabs” in another “heated” debate.
Obama apparently won by first saying something that Romney would agree with, and since they agree (and rightly so) on pretty much everything related to foreign policy, Romney was then forced to concede that Obama is right.
There are just some things that all Americans agree on, making it impossible to debate: Iran is our enemy, Israel is our friend, terrorists should be killed by drones and we should leave Afghanistan (once the job is finished – a couple years from now should do).
Meanwhile, if you’re looking for some comedy, check out the Kook Debate (Third Party Presidential Debate) today. It will feature Libertarian Party candidate Gary Johnson, Green Party candidate Jill Stein, Constitution Party candidate Virgil Goode and Justice Party candidate Rocky Anderson.
Should be hilarious.
